if my marks are between 60 to 70 % in class 12th but my cat percentile are above 96%.Then in that weather I will get a call from IIM or not. if yes then which IIM old or new??

First of all congratulations on your CAT score, with 96% you can expect call from new IIM's and many other colleges. The list of colleges are as follows-

Also if you have good academic score and experience in good companies , you can apply to other B schools also.
