If my name hasn't appeared in the provisional ug seat allotment list round - 2 , will it mean that I'm not alloted a seat in my preferred Medical College in the 2 nd round?

Hello Dear Student,
It's a Provisional allotment list so at this time it's really hard to do any Comment on this, I will advise you to wait till Final Allotment list (it will released tomorrow i.e 28/11/2020).
And Please mention your All India Rank and Category for a better answer.
