Firstly the decision regarding the upper age limit is still pending in supreme court, till then there is no restrictions in number of attempts, as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria which you must be already acquainted with such as passed 10+2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english as core subjects, securing PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical as in 50% for UR, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD, so if you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can appear for NEET, your decreasing marks in successive attempts in all these years are not going to act as a barrier for attempting NEET next year, however you should think clearly about your future goals, as in three years have already gone by, you need to assess yourself as in which areas are you lacking, and is the drive and determination to pursue medical science field is still there, after all these attempts when you haven't reached your desired goal then an assessment is essential, in terms of what exactly you want, and in which specific areas regarding your preparation are you lacking, you have to analyze all these things wisely, have discussion with your parents, or teachers regarding this, they can also guide you better as they know you well, but most importantly it's you only who have all the answers to your questions.
