I would like to inform you that the cutoff for general category is 50th percentile and for reserved categories it will be going to be around 40th percentile which is 137 for gen and around 133 for reserved candidates. so at this score you cannot qualify NEET so you cannot take admission into MBBS .
But For CMC i would like to tell you that there is CMC ludhiana, and CMC Vellore in India and CMC Vellore is the second best medical collage of the country so you need to score very high for getting admission into it.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, to be qualified in NEET, you should secure a minimum of 50 percentile of the top NEET score. It is 50 percentile if you belong to General Category, 45 percentile if you belong to PWD and 40 percentile if you belong to OBC,SC,ST Category. This is the general formula used to calculate the cut off. In 2019, it was as follows:
General Category: 134-701
OBC,SC,ST: 107-133
Though this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. 100 is too less a score for qualifying in NEET.
