If my percent is 94 in class 12 , may I feel secure in getting into St Xavier's kolkata?

See xii board percentage is not the sole security for getting a seat in any college. It is also based on which course you want to pursue. Are you from science stream or arts/ commerce stream. As St Xavier's college kolkata is top University in Kolkata hence cut offs are very high here specially for commerce and arts field.
Yes it will be a good score to get in St Xavier's , may be in third round as cut offs goes upto 97, 98% .

That completely depends.
Your score doesn't decide what type of student are you and what kind of situation you are adaptable to. The st. Xavier college is kind of good college. They have anti ragging clubs and other stuffs to make their students feel comfortable.
Academically you will surely feel secured. The exams won't be that tough (based on information from other students) and you are gonna rock the college with score. All the best
