if my photo and signature is not looks in jipmer form then i am eligible for exam for 2019

If you have the admit card ,it means than you are succsfully registered for the exam eligible for the exam.
In the examination hall your biometrics will ne checked for the final confirmation .
So don't worry and all the best .
