Hello,

No, a candidate who haven't obtained results of the qualifying examination is not eligible to apply for Indian Navy SSR and AA Recruitment. A candidate must have passed10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Mathematics & Physics and Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from a recognized Board to be eligible to AA post.. To be eligible to apply for SSR a candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from a recognized board.

Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination are not eligible because the applicants must carry the marksheet of class 12th during all the stages of the selection. You wouldn't obtain marksheet of class 12th if the results aren't declared yet. You can apply once you obtain the marksheet of the qualifying examination.
