If my score could not come to get the MBBS cllg which i want in mumbai so tring again for neet is better option or not

Definitely it is a much better option rather than compromising. Provided that your rank is not on the higher end you must give it another shot. Most of the students go for whatever they get for their scores. But it is highly appreciated, if someone at this age is actually so adamant about certain things and is ready to give genuine efforts towards achieving the same.
