Dear Vivek, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neberthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
70% Regional: 30% State
General Category: 400 HCOMN 488 HCOMN
OBC: 357 HOBC 473
Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released to weigh in your options. You didn't mention your category, so I am assuming you from general Category.
Below is list of government medical colleges that you can get in Maharashtra with marks required in neet last year under state quota ;:-
Shri Vasant Rao Naik Government Medical College, Yavatmal:- 400
Government Medical College, Akola:- 428
Shri Vasant Rao Naik Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal:- 400
So there's chance of getting above colleges for you to get a seat with your marks.
