The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as Difficulty level of the exam, No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.

As per the previous year cutoff the chances seems less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota, State quota seats as general category, You can have the chance to get private colleges management quota seats.

The fees structure varies college to college.
