If my son passed from 10th std from Karnataka and study somewhere for 11th and 12th, still he will be eligible for all KET exams as he has

Then, their will be some eligibility criteria -

KCET eligibility criteria
None 31st Jan, 2018

According, to the eligibility criteria student should have studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of 7 years either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.
