If no. Ph or pc candidate are less than no. of MBBS seats then what will be happen with medical college remaining seats ?

Yes it will go for second round again for PH or PC candidates and still if there are no one from that category (which is least to happen) then those seats would be converted for general category in the next round of counselling. But that doesn't actually happen bcoz there are already less number of seats reserved for those candidates and even they have competition among themselves to get those seats.

Every State has 1-3% reservation for PWD. Let us say there are 50 PWD medical seats and only 40 candidates qualified under this quota. Now only 20 candidates have their documentation correct. These 20 candidates get their seats. Now there are 30 more seats lying vacant. Now PWD reservation is not a vertical reservation. It is a reservation within your Category. Like UR-PWD, OBC-PWD, SC-PWD and ST-PWD. So these 30 seats will be turned over to respective categories.
