Hi  Sujit!

You arw eligible to appear for both state quota and All India Quota counselling but once you are alloted a seat in AIQ through second round, you have to take admission in it or your security money will be forfeited. And if you take admission through AIQ in second round, you won't be allowed to leave that seat.

During first round of AIQ, you will have the option of either rejecting the seat or going to the allotted college to complete admission formalities. Candidates who choose to accept the allotted college in round one will also be eligible to participate in NEET 2018 AIQ counselling second round, provided they express their willingness for the same in the online portal.

Hope this clears things up for you!
