If one apply for NRI in central University can he take admission in state government seat and private medical colllage seats as non NRI.

Hi,
Well as far as I know then as soon as you apply as a NRI student, then you will have to stick to that category of applicant.
This might be mandatory becuase once you declare that then you are started to being considered a NRI student everywhere.
