If one gets a mbbs seat in deemed clg in rnd2 or mopup, can he still sit in his home state round2 or mopup? Reason being fees difference.

The eligibility is same in the MOP UP round if you join the alloted seat for MBBS & BDS then you will not be eligible for further counselling.
