If one has not paid security amount and not got document verified for UPNEET 2019 counselling can he or she get another chance.

Dear candidate.....hope you're doing good..
Well, no you may not get another chance and may apply for the counseling process in the later part if it is conducted for giving admissions to the students for the lateral entry or for the vacant seats in the college. You may also apply for other counseling process accepting your marks.
