AI is the root of ML (Machine Learning) and DL (Deep Learning) (Deep Learning).
AI is subdivided into ML and AI is subdivided into ML.
DL is a subcategory of ML.
Data science is not AI in and of itself, rather it is a component of AI.
Many companies (both product and service focused) are seeking for employees with various profiles these days. It's like saying, "I know just ML, DL, and Data Science." You need to know something about all of them, as well as the fundamental understanding of the major field for which you were employed. So, based on the preceding response, it is apparent that all of the disciplines you listed have a brighter future.
And as a fresher one can get in the role of analyst or ml engineer etc. and further get promoted.
Afterall everything it's matter of interest you have.
