If only giving compart exam in class 12 and cleared it can I get admission in bit sindri?

BIT Sindri is one of the oldest and top engineering college in Jharkhand.
BIT Sindri is a state government college established in 1949 .
Here are the procedure of admission in BIT Sindri:
First you have to apply JCECE form and clear your exam with securing good rank.
The admission in BIT sindri is based on rank wise and there is reservation for different catagory.
