if our rank is near to closing rank in bhu ,will there are some chances to get admission??

If you got a rank that is somewhat closer than the previous year cutoff closing rank then yes, you can expect to get that particular branch this year.
Because every year there is a change in cutoff and closing ranks as per the branches. Because these cutoffs are mainly depend on the following factors :-
