Solution : Difference = Q − P = 600 – 400 = 200
Original value = Q = 600
Percentage less = $\frac{\text{Difference}}{\text{Original value}}×100$
= $\frac{200}{600}×100$
= $\frac{1}{3}×100$
= 33.33%
Hence, the correct answer is 33.33%.
