If phone is allowed in arts and science college

Yes in college you can carry phone with you in both arts and science college. But you can not use in the class during lecture. In case some college not allowing you for mobile in campus they will inform you in the terms. So please be aware for the terms. But in Delhi university their is no any college which not allowing mobile to carry.
