if physics is my additional subject am I eligible for aiims?

No ,you are not eligible for admission in AIIMS for MBBS with physics as additional subject.
This is because,
Admission in mbbs in aiims is through Neet examination but to be eligible for Neet it is mandatory to have studied Physics in 10 + 2 as a core subject as Neet eligibility criteria says that to be eligible
you must pass 12th board examination with physics and chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject (Biology as an additional subject in 12th board examination is provisionally acceptable) and must get:-

at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
