if private students will not be made eligible for NEET ,will the compartment, improvement students and repeaters will not be eligible?

They will be eligilbe if they fullfill the minimum percentage and age criteria (25 years and below for general category students and 30 years and below for reserved category students) for giving neet ug exam.
