if sc catagory rank 1295, percentile score 89.88 is there any chance to get qualified in round 2 for aiims counselling

1295 is your sc category rank.
If it was your gen rank then you had good chances.
I think,you will be a little short with your rank for AIIMS.
Attend the counselling and best of luck.
