If scored only 45%( phy. chem. maths. phy. practical chem. practical) in 12th board. But I got 3000 rank(sc catagory)then can i get in PDPU?

Hey, zenith.
The minimum marks required for a student to pursue the PDPU is more than 50%, as you got less than that you may not be able to get into the PDPU colleges even though you're got the 3000 rank.
Please consider trying for that the following next year or try for the other colleges
