If seat is alloted in 2nd round Councelling as well as in state counselling,then what should we do..?

In this Case, you have to choose either State Quota Seat or All India Quota Seat, If you choose State Quota Seat over All India Quota Seat then you need to take option of Exit with Forfeiture of Security Money from Round 2 Counselling of All India Quota, Same process applicable for State Quota. Counselling Security money will not be refunded in both the Counselling processes, either you choose AIQ Seat or SQ Seat, you will lose your Security Money. So according to your interest choose seat either from All India Quota or State Quota and take your decision as soon as possible, In Case of All India Quota, you have to take firm decision within 2 days after announcement of Allotment Result of Round 2.
