No it doesn't get cancelled before the 2nd round allotment, you have to understand that when round one is alloted, you have to confirm the seat only if you want it definitely, if you are trying for some other college or branch, your seat will be allotted to you until another seat is alloted to you. So you won't lose it unless the cut-off changes in round 2(which is very unlikely) all the best!
