Hope you ar doing great ! See,there are two forms of nda which you have to fill to get your registration successfully it if you full only one of them then your registration will not t be completed so it is necessary to fill both the forms for NDA to get your admit card .

See NDA 1 and 2 are two different phases of examination which has no inter relevance between them. Any candidate is free to apply for either NDA 1 or NDA 2 or both according to their will provided that they fulfill the necessary eligibility criteria. So there is no worry if you have not filled application form for NDA 2 you can definitely appear for the phase 1 and get into the prestigious Institute.
