if somebody changes his present address during the march attempt and then again changes it in April attempt then which address will be considered in the final report card.

Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you changed your address for your April attempt. So for in your final report your edited address which you have done in April will be considered for application. I would recommend just be calm and don't fill the form in a hurry!!
