If somebody don't gets any college in first round then will he be shifted automatically to second round or will be disqualified from josaa?

Yes he or she will be automatically be considered for the 2nd,3rd,4th.. rounds till the candidate not secure a seat in any of the colleges as per his or her preferences.
But if you have filled lesser no. of preferences in the option form then you can be in trouble cause the ranks will be considered only for the preferred seats.
You can also freeze or use float option once a seat is alloted.

You have to attend the counselling now and fill the preferences of colleges and branches carefully and smartly. Because you will be alloted colleges according to your filled preference. Fill your desired preference accordingly and check the result of allocation after every round, if you don't get a seat in first round then you will automatically sifted in 2nd round. But you have to check your result till the last rounds to get a good college as desired.

If you are not awarded any college in the first round of josaa counselling then you will automatically be shifted to next round of counselling. You won't be disqualified.
