if someone did bsc nursing or bsc cardiology is he eligible for upsc in his courses

UPSC exams only required graduation in any field. You can clear the exam. Even if you have good grades in your graduation level and have lot of knowledge about your subject then you can choose as your optional subject in Mains Exam.
