Candidates can appear in JEE Main for 3 consecutive years.JEE Mains is being conducted 4 times in a year ; February,March, April and May.
JEE Advance Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed JEE Main (Paper 1). Candidates are also supposed to be among the top 2,50,000 .There are various categories According to JEE Advance 2021

*SC-15%
*ST-7.5%
*Open-40.5%
*PWD-5%
Candidates must have been born on or after October 1,1996.But SC,ST and PWD candidates get relaxation of 5 years .
Candidates are allowed to attempt JEE advanced maximum 2 times in two consecutive years .
Candidates have also passed 10+12th examination in 2021 or 2022 for the first time .
