if someone failed in 12th 2019, and appeared for jee mains 2019. he passed his 12th 2021. is he able to give jee main 2022. if he didn't give jee mains 2020 and 2021

As per your query , I would glad to inform you that  you are surely eligible for 2022 attempt because 3 consecutive years are always considered from the year of passing of 12th which is 2021 only ,so you are definately eligible for 2022 attempt , I would advise you to dont get confused at all and start studying
