If someone fails class 12th this year (2018) and he try and passed next year(2019) can he eligible to attempt JEE mains exam in 2020??

No ..u  r not eligible.........if u pased ...2nd or 3rd division then uu go to..improvemt ...exam next year......if u fail not eligbl for mains......thank uuu
