if someone got 69% in class 12 and scored 200 in JEE mains of OBC category is get chance to take admission in NIT and IIIT..???

No, to get seat in NITs/IIITs you will have to get either 75% in 12th or you should be there in top 20 percentile. So if you dont fulfil the above provided criteria then you wont be eligible for NITs/IIITs admission. But you can try for top private colleges which accept Jee score. List is given below -

According, to the eligibility criteria you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

You should also have more than 125 marks in JEE to get admission in NITs and IIITs. Cut off varies branches and home state quota wise.
