If someone have chance to get AVBIMS&RML delhi and KGMU.Which one is better option and why?

Hello,
Both are one of the top medical colleges of the country.
But kgmu is more prestigious institue and the top medical institute of the state as well.
Although both are well equipeed institutes with devoted and well qualified professors still kgmu is a better option than avbims& rml.
