If you have cleared your compartment exam then there's no problem you are eligible for neet.
Once you qualifies the compartment exam then he can appear in neet exam because it is under rule that the candidate has to pass the class XII with Physics, Chemistry and biology. The minimum percentage required in 12th in pcb should not be less than 50 % for unreserved category and 45% for Reserved categories . So if you fulfil this then you are eligible.
