Dear Aditya, you havent mentioned your Category. But as long as you have completed your 10+2 and secured a minimum aggregate required against your Category in Phydics, Chemistry and English, you are eligible for NEET. It doesnt matter if you have passed in Compartment or First Class because your 12th marks only can help you qualify for NEET. For General Category, it is 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So even if you have completed your 10+2 in Compartment but secured this aggregate against your Category, you are eligible for NEET.

Yes you can appear for neet Once you will qualify your compartment exam. but you need to keep in mind about the minimum percentage required. The minimum percentage required in 12th is as follows:
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
