There are two types of rejection- temporary and permanent, if you get permanent rejection, there is no way to get back since the results would be same but if you are temporarily rejected you can reapply in the air Force medical board. If you will have a minor problem you would be given some days to overcome that.
If you are rejected for the flying branch posts, you can try for technical branch or else ground duty branches.
