if someone left their M.tech course in IIT for 1 year but what to complete it after that. Is it possible to complete the degree. Please elaborate it in details.

Hello, You can take a break for medical reasons for up to a year provided that the management accepts your reason of leave. If this is not possible you will be discontinued automatically and have to go through the admission process once again. Since the gate score is valid for 3 years you can use the same score for again.
