if someone passed 12th in 2019 but took admission in bsc for 2021-2022 this year , so he/she is eliglible for SB stream? acc to no age limit barrier and as a first year ug student, please dont only provide website data as i can read by myself though give solution to my problem!

Yes you can definitely take break and drop a year or two after giving your 12th examination, as most of the courses after 12th doesn't require any age limit for giving admission to their colleges or universities.
You can definitely apply now or later according to your wish and suitability.
