if someone want to stain an area of DNA Where rna synthesis takes place the area after staining appear ,,,,,first, light in colour ,,darker in colour,, some area light it and some dark in colour,, none

Dear student

It would appear light in colour. The reason is that The areas of DNA where RNA synthesis take place are part of euchromatin which absorbs the staining in light amount. Moreover, euchromatin is the part of dna which is often under active transcription.
