NEET is a National Level Entrance examination which means the syllabus might slightly be different from what you study in State Boards. And that might not be quite enough for you to crack NEET. Along with your 12th books, these books shall help you in preparing for NEET.

Greetings!

No , you don't need to go through state board books as most of the state board don't follow ncert curriculum and they have their own syllabus but syllabus of neet is same as that ncert physics; chemistry and biology for class 11 and 12th .

You can get complete syllabus of neet for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by going through our page for which link is provided below :-

Paper pattern :-

  • Neet exam comprises180 multiple choice questions , 45 questions from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry and 90 questions from Biology.

  • You will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.


You can check the neet 2020 eligibility criteria provided below :-

  • To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st, 2020 .

  • You should get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

  • There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.
