if student of 12 th cbse is giving exam with help of writer then how the chaker decides to give Marks.,will he be lenient or not

Hey there!
Regardless whether the student gives the exam with the help or writer or not, the leniency during the paper correction solely depends on the teacher correcting the paper.
There are no such rules from the CBSE, to go easy on the paper correction under special circumstances.
