it's very obvious that aiims is best after all it's all Indian institute of medical science and top most college for mbbs and according to the rating and the rankings is there is a huge difference if you pursue your MBBS from AIIMS Delhi or any other government College according to the study background and best placements and all the facilities comparing with government colleges AIMS has the best all above categories where as AIIMS are the institute managed by the central government whereas other government medical colleges are managed by the state and it intake by its own entrance exam where is remaining college intake via neet and comparing the both the advantages and disadvantages of the government colleges keeping in mind all categories obviously AIIMS is the best if you choose to do your graduation in MBBS
