If sumone has post pg bond in state..during dt period cn he go fr furthr study?provided he declares aftr finishing course he wl finish bond?

No. Thats not possible. The course is only considered complete once you fulfil the bond structure. Now the State Governments are considering giving the Course Completion Certificate only after the completion of the bond period. If that happens, you wont even be considered a Graduate until you complete the bond period. You can always break the bond by paying the bond amount depending on the State you belong to. But requesting to complete a bond period post further studies which is couple of years later cannot be considered by the State Government. The Bond is in place to be followed for a reason. If anyone wants to do away with it, he/she can always pay the bond amount and release themselves.
