If suppose I got 590-600 range of marks and my rank is 3000 will I get aiims delhi I belong to ST category will I get into aiims delhi

Hi Pangrak.
According to 2019 data, if you have a 3000 All India Rank in the Common rank list, then you can easily get AIIMS New Delhi using your ST Quota. BUT, if the rank that you mentioned is your ST Category rank, then unfortunately, you will not be able to get a seat in AIIMS Delhi. But you can still get some other AIIMS college.
