Cut off depends on the college and it varies from one college to another. With 500 or less it is difficult to get seat in Government Medical college under general category considering previous year cut off. You need to score minimum 580-600 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in GMC. However, if you may participate in 85% state counselling the cut off will be low for state counselling than 15% AIQ counselling and cut off is different for each state. Cut off states like Delhi, Uttarakhand is high. Please tell us your domicile state so we will help you with the colleges in which you might get seat.

Hello student,
The score had fetched a rank of 45023-51086 in previous year NEET https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
However to decide if government medical college will be abailable or not with this score your domicile state would be needed. As you have not mentioned your state you can know previous year cut off in several medical colleges in your state form this article https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges/amp
However all these data are based on previous year results and cutoff. Also cutoff changes every year depending on several factors.
