If surrender the seat in the 2nd round of the comedk then will I get my 55000 back or not ?

Hi Ashutosh
If you attend the first round of counselling and get a seat there but later you decide not to take admission then they will deduct 5000 rupees and return the rest but if you attend the second round of counselling and then get a seat then you will not a get even a single penny back even if you leave the seat.
