If you don't get the transform certificate from the college apply for the certificate as soon as possible.

The required documents for TS PGECET counselling are
- TS PGECET score card and hall ticket
- Degree marksheet and certificate of qualifying examination
- Class 10 and 12 certificates.
- Category certificate( if applicable)
- Residence / domicile certificate
- Aadhaar card and
- Income certificate latest.
